As a Sales and Service Technician, you'll visit customer homes, conduct inspections, perform maintenance and repairs, and explain service options clearly. You'll work closely with our office team to schedule jobs and follow up on customer satisfaction, playing a key role in the quality and reputation of our services. Responsibilities
- Perform chimney inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance safely and efficiently
- Educate customers about chimney care, provide repair/project estimates, and recommend services based on needs
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Work with the scheduling team to manage daily appointments and job follow-ups
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Comply with all safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- Experience in chimney services, HVAC, construction, or related trades preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in varied weather and physical conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive, reliable, and solution-oriented attitude
