The Operations Manager plays a key role in making sure our projects are scheduled, staffed, and completed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. You'll work closely with crew leads, office staff, and management to coordinate resources, track performance, and continuously improve how we deliver exceptional chimney services. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, including project scheduling, crew coordination, managing inventory and resource allocation
- Oversee job site logistics to ensure projects are completed safely and on time
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain quality and compliance with safety standards
- Support crew members with tools, materials, and training needs
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for process improvement
- Maintain clear communication between the office, field teams, and customers
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and local regulations
Qualifications
- Experience in operations, project management, or construction-related roles preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using scheduling and project management tools
- Positive, reliable, and solution-oriented attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
