You'll meet clients on-site, assess their needs, and prepare clear, accurate estimateshelping keep families warm, safe, and informed.

This is not just a sales role. It's a professional, customer-facing position focused on inspections, education, and estimates. You'll represent our brand with integrity, technical insight, and a friendly face.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Visiting customer homes to conduct inspections, sweeps and evaluations
• Documenting issues, measurements, and site-specific requirements
• Creating accurate estimates using our internal systems
• Explaining proposed work and materials clearly and honestly to homeowners
• Maintaining records of estimates and client communications
• Acting as a trusted advisor, not a pushy salesperson

Who You Are:

• Experienced in chimney work, construction, or related fields (preferred, not required)
• Comfortable communicating clearly with customers and teammates
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing your own schedule
• Physically able to work around rooftops and crawl spaces as needed for assessment
• A licensed driver with a clean record
• Friendly, professional, and genuinely motivated to help people
