Pay: Starting at $18/hr + Full-Time Benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with The Chimney Guys, you'll play an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly by answering phones, dispatching technicians to service calls, and scheduling appointments for our valued customers. You will be the first point of contact, representing our company and ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and taken care of.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in a professional, friendly manner
- Dispatch technicians to service calls based on urgency and availability
- Schedule appointments for chimney services and ensure all details are accurate
- Communicate effectively with both customers and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, schedules, and customer interactions
- Provide helpful and empathetic support to customers with questions or concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Valid driver's license
